My name is Marey Hoeppner and I am a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, serving realtors throughout the United States, with over 10 years of experience in real estate and customer service. For seven of those years, I worked as a Loan Officer, and I did it all, from marketing clients to closing the loans. During this time, I have watched real estate agents struggle to manage their time between their administrative duties and clients.

In todays competitive real estate industry, timing is everything. Most realtors end up spending more time on their administrative duties than they do with their clients. That is why you need your own personal assistant to help you with your work load and I am the one who can do just that! It doesn’t matter how big or how small the job or project may be or how long you may need my services.I have a client that I only do a few hours of work for a month, I had a few clients I did one project for, and a few clients I work several hours for.

The diversity of the things I get to do everyday makes it challenging and interesting and that is what I love the most about this business.I am to often reminded of that old word TEAM- Together Everyone Achieves More! Even though it’s a old saying, it stands true in it’s meaning and one thing I will always live by!
